when using automatic gain adjustment mode, set p to 2, and then set the size of P according to actual needs, The higher the bandwidth, the better the servo response. However, too high bandwidth will cause machine resonance, and all gain related parameters will be automatically set in automatic gain adjustment mode

when using the manual gain adjustment mode, set p to 0 and P to 14 to let the driver panel display the load inertia ratio detected by the driver. Operate the servo motor to make the machine reciprocate at a speed of more than 200rpm. The longer the reciprocation stroke is, the better. After multiple operations, the value displayed on the driver panel tends to be stable. Fill the value at this time into the position of "inertia ratio" in the software, fill in "bandwidth" 40, and click "calculate gain" software to calculate the best set of gain parameters in theory, Then click the right arrow to download it to the servo driver according to the patent application. Slowly increase the bandwidth as needed. The larger the product of bandwidth and inertia ratio, the more likely it is to cause resonance. Refer to resonance suppression adjustment when resonance occurs

automatic gain adjustment is convenient to use, but not necessarily applicable to all occasions. Manual gain adjustment can adjust individual parameters separately according to different situations. When adjusting the gain manually, reducing the feedforward gain of P position can reduce the vibration when the machine is reversing, and increasing the integral gain of P speed loop can improve the stability at low speed in the case of high friction
